I didn't really feel like eating much for lunch.. But I had some homemade squash soup in the fridge that needed to be finished up. To me this is a perfect weekend lunch.. Homemade squash soup, organic applesauce and decaf mint green tea. Even better that Adele was on in the background while eating :) very relaxing!
I know this meal isn't balanced with protein... but i'll have a few walnuts for dessert to try to make up for it :)
